Mark Elliott Copeland

Mark Elliott Copeland, aka Yahya Bandele, of Littleton, North Carolina, passed on Sunday, January 11, 2015, peacefully in his home. He was born on March 20, 1964 in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Yahya graduated from Valley Forge Theology College in Phoenixville, PA. He was called to preach at 16 years old and had his first sermon at the age of 20. In 2006, he found his true calling, which was to make the way straight and Father Yahweh named him Yahya Bandele (Yahweh’s gift; born away from home). Yahya is the President of Yahya Bandele Consulting LLC and the founder and chairman of The C.O.F.A.H (Come Out From Among Her (Rev 18.4)) Network. He is the Creator, producer, and director of one of the bestselling documentaries on “Hebrew or the So-Called Negro”. The culmination of his life’s work was Training Evangelist for Apocalyptic Ministry (T.E.A.M) and he truly was a willing vessel.

He was predeceased by his younger brother Rodney.

Those left to cherish his memories are his 2 daughters, Breanna and Candace of Wake forest, North Carolina; his parents, Frank and Barbara Copeland of Littleton, North Carolina; 2 brothers, Anthony of Littleton, North Carolina, and Michael of Strasbourg, France; 1 sister, Barbara of Atlanta, Georgia; 2 nephews, Rodney Jr. of Toms River New Jersey, and Michael of Atlanta, Georgia; 2 nieces, Chandler and Charissa of Toms River, New Jersey; and spiritual covering for his sister-in-law, Karen of Toms River, New Jersey; in addition to an array of loving uncles, aunts and cousins whom he loved and respected.

A viewing will be held from 10:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Robinson Funeral Home in Littleton, North Carolina.
