JULIOUS LYNCH, son of the late Dotsie Lynch and Sallie Rudd Lynch, was born on July 25, 1941, in Halifax County, North Carolina, and departed this earthly life on Saturday, December 20, 2014, at the home of his sister, Lither Wilkins, in Hollister, North Carolina.
He accepted Christ in his life and joined the White Rock Baptist Church in Hollister, North Carolina, and remained in membership until his death. His formal education was received in the Halifax County Public School System.
Julious loved his family and cared deeply for everyone whose life he touched in many different ways. Although he did not have children of his own, he loved his two great-great-nephews, Devin Hines and Kayden Johnson, and his great- great-nieces, Dylan Nelus and Aubry Lynch, as his very own. They brought so much joy to his life.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Dennis, Nelson, and Jim Lynch.
Those left to treasure the precious times shared and preserve the lasting memories of his life are his sisters, Lither Wilkins and Lucy Silver (Johnson) of Hollister, NC; his brother, James Lynch (Tassie) of Hollister, NC; his aunt, Beulah Lynch of Hollister, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at the White Rock Baptist Church in Hollister, NC. The Pastor, Rev. Alonzo West, will officiate, and burial will follow in the former White Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will repose until 8:30 P.M. on Monday, December 22, 2014, at the funeral home.
