Bevelyn Mae “Bev” Williams Bullock

BEVELYN MAE “BEV” WILLIAMS BULLOCK was born to the late Thomas C. Williams, Jr. and Sarah Mae Faulcon Williams on January 12, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland. The Lord called her home to eternal rest on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at her home in Littleton, North Carolina, surrounded by her three children.

Bevelyn received her formal education in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduation, she furthered her studies at Granville Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina, to become a nurse technician.

As a young child, she accepted God as her Savior, was baptized, and became a member of Faith Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland.

In 1961, Bevelyn was united in Holy Matrimony to “The love of her life”, Matthew “Pete” Bullock, Sr., who preceded her in death. God blessed this union with three beautiful, wonderful children, Matthew, Jr. “Junnie”, Monica “Monie”, and Thomas “Tommy”.

To know her was to love her. She never met a stranger, had a heart of gold, and willingly went out of her way to assist everyone. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered for her sweet spirit and the many lives she impacted.

Those left with treasured memories of her life and the lasting legacy of her love are her caring, loving children, Matthew Bullock, Jr. (Mikisha) of Hollister, NC, and Monica B. Campbell (Joseph) and Thomas C. Bullock all of Littleton, NC; four grandchildren, Moraina Bullock of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Travon Revis of Petersburg, VA, and Dominique Bullock and Demetrics Lynch of Hollister, NC; two sisters, Christine V. Smith of Baltimore, MD, and Annetta I. Brady of Newport News, VA; her mother-in-law, Nannie Barnes of Rocky Mount, NC; three brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home, 215 US Highway 158, Littleton, NC. Rev. Dr. C. E. McCollum will officiate, and burial will follow in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Littleton, NC. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
